I remember doing these but it’s been a minute…🫶🙌I just completed days 1 & 2 and I will continue to incorporate these with my other QW workouts 💪 2025 will mark FOUR years since I joined this amazing program. 🥰

🙏this thanksgiving I felt VERY GRATEFUL to have this fun & inspirational life changing fitness app in my phone. Please believe me when I say… I love it here👑💃💐💖
