Thank you QW for adding these!🫶 I remember when Fabi did a killer mashup with Samantha! & of course Sammi! She was one of my favorite QW coaches 🙏so glad you guys put these on the app! Both of these coaches are incredibly strong & inspirational women.💐💚💜💫

Replay complete!! 💪🌺real talk, Raven’s words at the end of this workout were necessary & I am actually glad she spoke up and said something. I realized that the 4:30pm/7:30pm live class is actually the exact time of day that Fabi would come on the screen back in 2021 when I joined QW. I just had to get used to working out at that time again which wasn’t hard to do.🙏🌹🦋
