Enjoyed this first class of power November very much! no HIIT classes is definitely a big difference but I kinda like the fact that we don’t have to do burpees!😅 I thought hiit was healthy for us but if Fabi says women over 35 need power classes then I choose to believe what my coach says! 🙏thank you Fabi for another great class!☺️ 💪💐👑💖🫶
