Hi Queens,
I almost forgot to post my “AFTER”, photos of the #LYC Spring Challenge, not sure if I’m late, but here are my results.
I showed up with determination every single day. I even pushed through a personal obstacle during the 3rd week but, I came back stronger in the fourth week. The fact that I lost 5 pounds and a few inches at the end of the 6th week is a great accomplishment for me, but more importantly, I gained my confidence back and inner strength, and a sense of pride in completing this program.
Progress is not always linear, and life can be unpredictable. It's how you respond to challenges that matters, and showed up for me knowing that I am capable of overcoming obstacles and achieving my goals.
I will continue to celebrate my small wins, and know that they will eventually add up to make a big difference in the long run.
I can’t wait for JUNE 10th to begin the Summer #LYC.
This time around I will go with team Yvona 🙌
