QW Customer Service Team I have been a QW since Fabi was doing lives at 7pm in her house😆 Lots of changes. But I do think what makes it special is the live classes. Even though I personally have to do more replays that lives, it feels more organic, since the coaches are interacting with the queens, answering questions and bouncing off energy and comments. I have watched some classes that were pre-recorded and actually turned them off and switched to a live replay. Always willing to give anything a shot, but I hope if it's not well liked or received, that things change back. Appreciate all you guys do!

I feel like the loves are geared more towards the East Coast. I'm West Coast and with work, I can't do any of the lives, except on Fridays.
