Love it ! I think you have a good plan. I would write out a schedule of what you’re going to do each day of the week 😃

For example: today you might do a live HITT class followed by a 10 minute fab abs

- download the QW app on your iPhone

- open the Apple Watch App and click install Queen Warriors

- once it’s installed on your watch , you can open it and start / record your workouts
