The hardest part for me is my sweet tooth 😫. I crave so many sweets on my menstrual.

I wouldn’t have even thought of eating them just plain like that but it’s a good idea!

Sometimes meal prepping can take a long while and we may not have time for it, we don’t know what we want or we just don’t feel like doing it lol so I bought this from Costco to help cut some time down. It’s already measured out and I can make salads, wraps, or any other quick meal with these.

My period just started today 😫🩸 and I usually don’t workout on my menstrual but I did today before the cramps really start 😖. Third workout this week

Just finished my workout for today 💪🏽. I plan to workout every other day but I know some days I will have do them in a row. Anyways, second workout for the week done ✔️✔️
