I want to travel to a city in the mountains to take my son to see the snow. We moved to the west coast when he was 2 so I want him to see the snow again and he's been asking for it. We don't currently have the funds to book the trip unfortunately.

I haven’t been tracking like I need to so I should start again. I had some sweets around Halloween but not too much and no fried foods or late eating for me. I measure my food on a scale. I guess tracking will help me see where I’m going wrong.

I haven’t posted on here the last few days but I’ve still been working out. The weather is finally nice in AZ so I finally started being able to take walks outside again! I love going for walks and enjoying the fresh air.

I am a little sad I haven’t lost any weight at all these last few weeks and I’m sure my inches haven’t gone down either. I need to figure out what I’m doing wrong.

I had a busy day today! I took my son to the fall festival farm and was outside running around at that with him all day, then I came home and went for a 2.5 mile walk and now, I still did a power workout 💪🏽💪🏽. I’m tired and stinky lol but I’m happy!

Week 3 Day ☝🏽for me. I’m still sick so I did a Power exercise today. I can barely breathe from my sinus issues so I didn’t want to pass out attempting a HIIT routine 😅

My husband came home with a virus last week, he got our son sick and now I’m sick 😫. I’m gonna take some DayQuil and hope I have the energy to get up and move. My mother is coming into town tomorrow too so I have to clean up the rest of the house. Pray for me yall 🙏🏽

I was behind this week on my workouts so I did them all in a row: Thurs., Fri., and now today 💪🏽. I’m sore and tired but I made sure to get them in.

What does one of your unhealthy meals look like? I say there’s nothing wrong with enjoying your typical meals but try to find healthier ways to cook it by leaving certain fats/oil out if you can, get leaner cuts of meat, definitely eat a smaller portion than usual. I have a kitchen scale so I measure out my food.

I know a workout was hard when I’m giving my screen the middle finger 🤣🤣 but I still love Raven! My abs are just killing me 😖.

I got a late start to my workout today but here’s my lunch. A simple wrap with a low carb tortilla 😋
