Need help please with keeping accountable with what and when I eat. I start good at the beginning of the week but towards the end I’m back on the old habits. I don’t know anymore how to motivate myself to stop doing that. I tried so many times and failed. I’m very disappointed that I can’t be strong willed like I usef to be.
