Queen warrior has helped me a lot as far as me not wanting to go to gym I just put on a 30 minute workout and get to it. I’ve been doing a lot of cardio and core and upper body as those are my weakness. I had to take a break cause I had fibroids surgery so this is me being consistent for 3 months I have changed my diet so I’m now a Pescatarian. If your thinking about giving up don’t, keep going you’ll get those results. So far I keep using queen warriors I love the app and the community of woman.
