Self-love is the practice of caring for, respecting and accepting yourself. It is recognizing your worth, embracing your strengths and weaknesses, and prioritizing your well-being and happiness. Self-love involves treating yourself with compassion, forgiveness and understanding, and doing things that nurture personal growth and fulfillment. It's knowing you deserve kindness, respect and happiness, just as much as anyone else.
