Just did your replay backwards: power first and then hiit and i absolutley loved it. Loved the tricep push up variation and loved loved loved AMRAP. amraps have always been my personal favorite. I can tell you have experience teaching group classes in a group gym setting. Great job Aimee! I look forward to taking more of your classes

Loved this replay!!! Welcome to an amazing and incredible team!!! I loved the way you coached us through each exercise and verbally gave options, i especially loved your warm up and cool down stretches. Phenomenal job!!!
