You already made the hardest step which is signing up .. now you show up and show yourself what you are capable of ❤️❤️❤️… At first it will seem hard and sometimes impossible but I promise you will get stronger and eventually it will get easier but that’s only because you will have built a better version … let’s go queen 💪🏽👏🙏

Aww 🥰 gracias 😊. Honestly though, it’s so worth the struggle and not everyday will be a win but with every workout you do you will feel so good and be so proud of your damn self! I have bad days and good days but every time I push myself to workout I’m like damn why don’t I do this everyday if I feel this good but life happens .. the point is believe in you.. start by telling yourself “I can do anything” .. it sounds cliche but if you say “I can’t” or you say “I can” whichever you chose you will be right.

Girllll!!!! Do it! Man I can’t tell you QW has absolutely changed my life. I’m 4 years in and I will never leave. The money is equivalent to eating out a few times if ur paying the full membership. Make the sacrifice for you, I promise you won’t regret it ! You can do it, the hardest part is getting started. Once you start feeling good you will become addicted to yourself. You can do anything queen. Besides if you don’t try at all you will never know what you are truly capable of. Congratulations, Nursing school can be extremely stressful. You can totally lose yourself in the process. This is the part though where life gets good. Good luck on your fitness journey.
