Hello. New here. I’m Kasandra (but call me Kasy). I’m stationed in Virginia but from Puerto Rico. I’m a mom of two beautiful girls of the age of 21 and 22. My biggest fitness goal is to be healthy… that’s all. I joined because it’s getting harder every minute to lose weight on my own and perimenopause is not helping one bit. I guess I need guidance and accountability.
