Is Heather. Im newly 51 and a widow of 4 years 💔 i NEVER have or do put myself first and need to. I did a test and it says im 60😭 I need to be around a long time for my mom and beautiful 19 year old and for ME! I’m successful in so many areas except putting me first so I am hoping to do that now. I am approx 50 pounds to heavy and hate working out but love being my best self.
