Hii my name is Hilary 😊 I started about a week ago I’m from New York and had moved to NC because of my husband joining the CG and been going through a ton of changes very rapidly was in a very dark place.

I joined to show up for myself mostly yes to lose weight but mostly to show up for myself also be apart a community too being a military wife is a bit hard at times very solitary so even the affirmations we do have done a lot for me so I’m grateful and happy to be apart of this group truly ❤️😊
