Hello my name is LaKira from Charlotte, NC. Im 5 weeks in and my goal is being consistent.

I started this plan mainly because at 40 I have lost my mom & dad. My 8 year old told me she dont want to be without parents like me. Soooo I said let me get my life together and get healthy so I can LIVE for my daughter.

Fun Fact: I LOVE CHOCOLATE 🥰
