Hey ladies, its GOOD TO BE BACK!! I was out for almost 3 weeks, my daughter had surgery and i was playing doctor for a minute. She is not back in school and im free of that lol happy to be back. But i am HAPPY TO SAY SINCE I STARTED, ive lost 11 lbs. so yall girl IS SUPER HAPPY!!! Thanks Fabiana

Had a hard morning today, and was going to skip my workout. But after crying it out i said no my body will not forgive me. Did the replay 8/21 and now patiently waiting for Tiday 8/28 10 am workout. Pushing myself because j need this for myself 🥺🤞🏻🫶🏻
