I joined QW about a month ago. I haven't been consistent. I made 3 months pp yesterday (c section) i had been missing summer shred but I was building consistency in myself. I've been walking/ jogging daily and now it's to a point I look forward to it. It's sustainable and I was able to become consistent. Today was my first day with this new learned discipline trying the replay and I gave it my all. I'm going to keep going!
