Y’ALL… I feel the BURN in my legs! 🔥🦵😂I also just want to say how grateful I am for this community. I literally just joined this week, and it’s already making such a difference.

When I got home, I gave my boo a high five ✋ because I was so proud of myself. 😂 QUEENS, WE DID THAT!! 🍑💪🔥But more importantly… I’m doing this for me. For my health, my confidence, and my well-being.Something Fabi said really stuck with me: “ No one can get in your way.” And honestly… when I thought about it, the only thing that’s ever really gotten in my way has been my own insecurities.I put my headset on, played Fabi in my ears, and walked into the gym thinking I have no idea what I was doing. 😅 But just listening to her helped me stay focused and stop worrying about what everyone else thought. At the end of the day, we’re all there for the same reason, to become better versions of ourselves. ❤️ And it’s okay to be a little selfish when you’re investing in your own health and happiness! 😤 I’m only a few days into this journey, but I’m already so thankful to be here. 🫶🏽🥹🤍

You are definitely not alone. Also only have my Boo, his friends and our pup 🐶 🥹 I feel like everyone is so busy with life these days. Ever since I started limiting how much I use my phone, I’ve slowly been finding myself again. In that process, I realized I couldn’t do it all alone, and that’s when I found this community. It’s the village, the support, and the women empowerment I didn’t even realize I needed. 🤍I’ve never been the best at making friends either. Sometimes I honestly don’t even know if someone considers me a friend, and for a long time I wondered if I was doing something wrong. I only joined this community two days ago, and I’m already so grateful. I’m from the Bay Area, and everyone has been so kind and welcoming. Even if we’re far away, we can still lift each other up. Honestly, so many genuine friendships start online, and before you know it, you might even end up meeting those same people in person. I hope we all continue to encourage one another and build real friendships here. 🫶🏽🙏🏽
