I just recently joined this group and my first class was scheduled at 7:30 est tonight but I knew I wouldn’t be able to get it done because I had something to do so I played this before I had to run out and when I say this was one of the best workouts I’ve had in a very long time. I felt like it was in person- I know I would have probably given up half way through but the way I was being coached through it made me continue. I am super excited to see the progress as I continue on this journey.

Hello ladies I’m so happy to be apart of this community. I’m a wife and mother of two who has somewhat lost her identity outside of being a wife and mother and I’m ready to take back my life. I deserve to feel and look my best at 29 yrs old approaching 30. I know it’s going to be a journey but I’m ready to transform my body. Let’s lock in ladies 💕
