I just signed up, and I’m excited to start this journey. 😊I’ve been a stay-at-home mom for the past year, and I’m ready to focus on my health and fitness while still being home with my baby. I figured this would be a great way to work out, stay motivated, and become the healthiest version of myself.I’m still learning how to use this app. Could someone please show me how to navigate it?
