Sweaty pic of the week I missed yesterday's workout I love it so far

Still trying to get used to eating healthier trust me this is a difference for me

First workout in 3 years after having babies back 2 back and I'm dying I feel like I did them wrong but everywhere that fabi grabbed her booty at and said we should feel it I felt it.

I'm using a gallon of water and a step ladder cause I have no equipment and I didn't have resistance bands so idk if that even did anything. I'm hoping this belly gets gone and this booty grows Lord knows I need it. My weights 😂
