I wish I could have pushed harder today but I told myself MWF-bring the heat 🔥 and Tu/Th-lock in 🔐 even if it is just for 30 minutes. I walked the dog early this morning for 30 minutes as well, so I am proud I got an hour total work out for today. I am sweating a bit too and my legs are so sore but that's how you know IT'S WORKING! Can't wait to work more on my core and blast this tummy fat.

Oh I typically screen cast my phone to my TV and do my workouts that way but I didnt think to check if the app is available on Smart Tv's . . .not sure but I'll see and let you know.🤔👀🧐
