Hey Queens! New here! I had went from 235 to 192 but around the holidays completely let myself go. Got lost between work, being a mom, moving and struggling with anxiety. But here I am. Day one of eating clean and went to the gym. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, was about to do 1.5 miles. Then did some leg presses. I feel good I moved my body! I switched to working from home and it’s been a challenge to get myself out and moving. Any tips or advice to keep showing up daily? I’m horrible with being consistent 🥺
