I feel great! I'm more confident with my body. I still have a lot of work to do, but I've come a long way. I'm grateful for the community. I love it here!

Adria I'd start from when you signed up, than going back to the beginning. Take your time. It was difficult for me at first, but once you pace yourself( AND GIVE YOURSELF GRACE❤️)it'll become a part of your routine. You got this boo!
