This was an amazing workout! My son joined and motivated me throughout and he pushed me the whole time. We could only do half bc he is only 6 and we habe a bedtime. But I just finished the second half this morning and I feel not only blessed but rich in spirit ✨💪🏽

The goal this season is to remember my roots. Remembering the way God planted me, grounded & sustained me through every phase of life. And HE IS STILL GOING❤️‍🩹 I am reminded while being watered I also had to do my part, no matter the age or phase in life. There has always been an assignment tailored to me. First assignment given to me by God was WOMAN! A part of him knit and saturated in His everlasting & faithful love. I am reminded of the authority and power He has granted me since birth. My God is using me as a vessel for the assignment attached to my name, for the advancement of His Kingdom. I am reminded of my purpose of woman all before daughter, mother, friend, girlfriend, teacher, etc. I serve a MIGHTY GOD and I am made in His image. It is my birthright to get back to me. The strong and God-centered WOMAN, confident & lacking nothing. I am reminded I am His. The goal is to NEVER lose sight of Him & His plan for me & mine!

Just joined this sisterhood and to be honest the nerves are no match for me already. I wholeheartedly feel a sense of belonging because I AM NOT ALONE! Life will always go on but I want to be present completely & confidently! Let the journey begin and allow for a new me to come through. She’s in there, I not only know it but I know her & she is truly loved💜✨🤏🏽
