I did this deep core strengthening workout just now and I absolutely love it. This was my second workout of this week. Doing another one tomorrow.

Hi everyone! I’m new to Queen Warriors and last week I hurt my lower back doing the intermediate HITT replay last week. Took a rest and recovered and did one of the beginner HIIT replays just now and I feel great! I’ll keep doing beginner workouts until I build my strength and level to intermediate. Wish me luck!
