Whew! My butt & legs are sore from Fabi’s Booty Blaster and HIIT yesterday & I am happy because I know that pain means the exercises are hitting just where they should! Never felt this burn in any other workout! Annnnnd I will be on live tonight!!!

Hi Queen Warriors,

My name is Vivian. I am from Dallas, TX.

I recently lost a lot of weight mostly gained from health issues and stress. With the weightloss came lost muscle. I was too weak to exercise.

My health is getting better and now it is time to get moving! I am week 2 on QW and I love this community of women already!

My goal is to be the best version of me! Consistency, Motivation, Discipline and Self Love!
