My sister is Survival! 17 years here from blood cancer! I'm so happy you're feeling well enough to get started! Most don't need equipment but right now all I have are some dumbells & a yoga mat...Fabi suggested some yoga blocks and a kettle bell...I still need to buy both but I hope this helps to get you started šŸ’œ
