Yesterday, I lost my MOM, and my world changed forever. My heart is shattered, and there are no words for this pain. Please help me lay my Mami to rest. Anything helps, even a share or a prayer.

Thank you so much!! I really appreciate your support, it means a lot 🫶🏽 I’m excited for this journey, even though I was a little overwhelmed at first 😅 I’m from NY but I’ll be in Florida on April 12th would love to get a workout in together and meet you if you’re available!
