Just finished a quick workout with my son. Loving these moments to be able to to this with him. While do the exercises, he told me my face was red 🤣. He said these exercises are no joke. They are actually trying to kick my butt but I am holding strong!! This queen never gives up. Keep showing up, keep improving and staying consistent. I am committed to this journey and loving every minute of it. Good night my fellow queen warriors. ❤️🙏🏽

Friday’s workout completed! Did it with my son last night and did the 10am stream this morning. The sweat was definitely dripping and those steal abs were 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥. Loving the challenge and loving what these exercises are doing to my body! I am getting better each class, strength wise and our breathing techniques. We did it again queen warriors! Another week, another challenge! Way to go Summer Shred! Thanks Fabiana for your support and encouragement. Even when you are not feeling well, you push yourself for us ladies. Just want you to know I appreciate you and I know my fellow queen warriors appreciate you as well!! Thanks for all that you are doing.. Would not want to be anywhere else!! Loving it here!!

I so misunderstood Fabiana’s message and miss my workout this morning. My fault no one to blame, should have taken the time to read her message. I just read family funeral and just wanted her to know we support her even if she had to miss a day or two.
