Hey ladies. I am about a month in. I have not done 3 workouts a week as I planned but did 1 or 2 a week. Trying to get into a routine again. This week I have not worked out at all as I have been packing my daughter up to move her back to college. I am in school myself and classes and my internship will begin again and of course got to work to pay the bills. Sometimes it's so overwhelming to try to fit everything in that I end up doing nothing at all. I so desperately want to feel good about how I look but am having trouble committing I guess.

Hi ladies. I don't know if anyone will see this as it is later here EST but I was curious about the lives. I see most of them are intermediate. I consider myself a beginner as I have not worked out in a while so could I do an intermediate Pilates class?

Hi Queens! I am new to the community. Just did my 1st workout. I surely did sweat! I did a beginner 30min HIIT class since I have not worked out in a while. Forgot to take my starting photos so I can compare as I progress.
