I need to do this constantly. Lately I have been having LOTS of puffiness under my eyes- so much so that my doctor thought I was having g an allergic reaction. Maybe this will help with the puffiness

For the barbell squats how can we make sure we don’t hurt the back of our necks from supporting the bell? The back of my neck is still sore from day 1 of this week. I am worried that maybe I am not holding the barbell correctly? Can we use those little pads that go on the bar or are those only for hip thrusts? I hope this question makes sense

The way I was sweating during this workout! 💪🏿Had my legs shaking like a stripper 😩
