I’m offially down 10lbs from the beginning of August. I’m proud of myself and the commitment I made to finish up summer shared strong and complete fall sculpt! Just did Wednesdays replay from the bedroom of my Airbnb 🤣 didn’t have weights so I used my lotion and water bottle. Still was sweaty and burned 300 calories. No excuses ladies, let’s put that work in!!
