Morning queen!! U r going to love this program!! My suggestion is just stay consistent and committed to urself. Doing 3 workouts a week from this program as Fabi suggests will help u reach ur goals. I’ve been a part of this for almost a year now, I did the LYC challenge last year and I could see the results but life happened and I stopped. I’m back now and have been doing the live classes and they r amazing. The community is on point. The HITT classes can be challenging but afterwards they r so rewarding!
