Just finished the replay an hour ago and it was the best. Leg day complete, and I was also having wardrobe issues lol

Coach Sherrell I loved this replay today!! Definitely needed it. Your story of you and your sister resonated with me too. I was always avoiding conflicts growing up and still till this day. But it was more because I was very introverted and shy. It wasn’t till college that I gain more confidence but that little girl still likes to come back. Love you queen!!! Hi my fellow queens warriors! I just completed a replay of coach Fabiana HITT workout from yesterday after hitting a stomp and not working out while being on vacation. But I’m back and will continue to work on my fitness goals for this year!
