Hi everyone,

I had an amazing workout today. I started this week strong and with determination. I stop working out for almost a month, Im not going to lie it was so hard to get my self back. My motivation was my birthday week. Today, I turn 32🥳 and I refuse to let myself go and throw away all the hard work I did. I am determine to keep going for ME and for my beautiful family.

Trust me, if you are stuck in the same mental state its ok to feel like that but just remember to get up and keep going because NOBODY will do the work only YOU!

This is my 5th week in this program and I'm loving it. I feel great about myself. I haven't reach my goal yet but there's small progress happening.
