Loving my evening lives……… showing up willingly and pushing through!!!!!

After two years of battling deep grief and being in a really dark space I am resurfacing a new more empowered version of me. I do the ten day stretch challenge at 630 it really sets a tone. After I do my deep breathing exercise and I feel amazing. So awesome to know someone else does it too.
