Hi Queens! This is the start of my journey of getting back to Me! I wear many hats and often pour from an empty cup and recently I’ve finally hit my breaking point. I quit my toxic and draining job and found a more work life balance job that allows be to schedule time for myself again. I’m 2 years postpartum and I gained 40lbs while pregnant lost 30 pounds then gained it all right back due to not prioritizing myself but no more of that. I’m determined to get back to a healthier version of myself and overall lifestyle routine. This is day 3 for me and after today’s live workout with Queen Fabiana I feel even more confident that I got this! These are my current pics. My goal is to lose weight, tone and gain confidence again in the strong queen I am. So thank you all for your transparencies and I’m cheering for you all. We got this!!
