These On-Demand programs are designed to target specific body parts, giving you the flexibility to focus on areas you want, anytime that works for you. Another great part is that all of your saved replays will still be available, so no worries about missing anything. As for pricing, we’re committed to giving you the best value for your membership, and further communication about updates or changes would be provided if there is any.
