Additionally, we’re excited to bring you even more options, and the new focus on On-Demand content is going to include some structured programs designed for the gym—so you’ll have your favorites guiding you, any time that works for you. Based on our data, we’ve seen that evening classes tend to have higher live attendance than mornings but we’re carefully monitoring participation to better understand what timing works best for the majority of Queens. If you prefer morning workouts, our new On-Demand programs should be a perfect fit. These On-Demand classes are designed to target specific body parts, giving you the flexibility to focus on areas you want, anytime that works for you.If you have any questions and recommendations, we’d love to hear them!
