Just like these Queens mentioned....water, stretching and walking. I did Day 1 of the LYC and was so sore that I had to wait a day to day 2. I pushed through Day 2 yesterday and also did 10k+ steps and just completed Day 3 this morning and I am feeling great! Dont let your body get stiff when you are sore. Keep moving!! You got this Queen!!
