Hey Queen, I understand the struggle. My personal vice was drinking soda. Ohhhh do I love Pepsi, grape Welch and cola champagne 🤤. The way I managed to remove them was 1. I refrained from having it in my fridge. If it’s there I know I’m going for it lol. 2. Anytime I even thought of it I would remind myself how much I put into the most recent QW work out. Just remind yourself every day how much you are working towards a visual of what you want to see in the mirror and how you feel about yourself. Never give up on yourself and don’t ever put yourself down at any point. Even when you know you slacked on working out that week or weeks, just jump back into it. You got this💪. The outcome will be so worth it. Also give yourself time to see changes. They will come. 🤗

Yaritza Thompson Yes. I figured the delay was due to the hurricane after math. I was trying to be patient but the last response to my elaborate email was this morning. The response I got was that the challenge was now $29 🤦‍♀️. I believe it was a generic response because I paid for the challenge on October 4th

Yaritza Thompson It also tells me I have no access. Honestly they never even sent me the link to upload my before pictures. I was able to do it because another Queen posted the link on QW Fb post.

Good morning Queens, I am STILL unable to access LYC private group that has the videos and chat. I also have not received the email with the nutritional meal plan and tracker. I have sent several emails but not getting the access I need for this challenge. The challenge starts today and I have no access 🫤. I joined/paid for the challenge on October 4th. Is anyone else having this issue???
