Hi. Iām new to the channel, and I just completed my first workout today! š I plan to keep going, as Iām sure my stamina and movement will improve. However, I had knee surgery a year ago and while I still have use of my knee, my doctor has suggested I not do too many weight bearing workouts on my knees.
Do you have any recommendations or modifications for this as it relates to the videos? Will I still see results if I modify? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Super excited to be in this community and see my body change!!!! Thank you:) š
