Hey Queen I still did them I sat and leaned forward for one of them when you were supposed to lay on your chest. The other one where you put your arm on a bench I used the wall!! You have to find ways to make it work!

OMG I thought yesterday was hard….inreallybthink I died a little😂😂🙌🏽 Bitvthen I said to my self “BUT DID YOU DIE”!!! This workout kicked my butt big time!
