Oh my gosh! I do not have diagnosed ADHD, but as a teacher, I would read up on it for my students, and it dawned on me that’s why I am the way I am. I call it hummingbird cleaning 😂, I go from one room to another doing a little here and there, and it takes a lot to just sit and concentrate on stuff. Thank you for sharing and talking about this! ❤️
