You took the first step towards putting yourself first, and that’s so awesome! Give yourself grace, there are going to be days that you’re not up to it, but pick yourself up and try again the next day. Eventually it becomes easier, but honestly, we’ve all had our days where we feel defeated. I like drinking Coke Zero as my way of getting that craving out of the way for sodas. I started out drinking them often at first, now just one every week or couple of weeks, but it’s taken months to get to where I don’t drink them often. We’re all here for you, Queen! You got this!

I retired this July because I was totally burnt out. I was constantly stressed and getting sick all the time. I knew enough was enough. In this community now, I have learned to prioritize myself instead of work, and I’m steadily finding myself again and relearning to love myself. Thank you Queens for all the support, and thank you Coach Jennifer for helping me learn to change my mindset! ❤️
