Fabiana Thanks for your acknowledgement and kind words ! It was you and your platform that helped me make these changes—your challenges and the knowledge from the recomp program really stuck with me. I wouldn’t have it any other way!!

Yes I know the feeling!! My stomach went down but I still struggle with loose skin now

I didn’t even realize I had notifications on my post lol

So I totally changed my eating game. Went low-carb, high protein. Took my vitamins and Seamoss every morning along with my mushroom coffee. I drank detox tea every night.

I started fasting, didn’t eat after 7 PM, and broke my fast at noon with a fresh juice I made with my juicer. Kept my meals super simple mostly chicken breast with veggies, tacos with ground turkey (used lettuce wraps instead of tortillas), and in the morning I’d do boiled eggs with turkey bacon. All pretty easy and simple meals.

I Worked out Monday through Saturday with mostly HIIT workouts, threw in some power workouts here and there, but not too much. I really need to start hitting it harder now since I’ve got some loose skin. Overall, I just straight up changed my habits cold turkey.

Wow thank you! This helped a ton, as I myself couldn’t find replays.

Goodmorning!

I have the QW app on my TV, And this is what I use when I work out, but I am noticing I’m not getting badges when I complete workouts.

😭😭😭

Am I doing something wrong?

Hey Queens! I just wanted to share something really personal with you all. It honestly took a lot of courage for me to post this because, honestly, I used to feel so embarrassed about how big I was and how uncomfortable I felt in my own body. But I decided to take a chance on myself and share my journey. And let me tell you, I feel so much better —stronger, happier, more confident.

This isn’t the end, just the beginning! The first picture was taken on March 25, 2025, and the second one was just yesterday, May 7, 2025.

I’ve recently completed the last LYC and made some big changes to the way I eat.

I hope this can serve as a little motivation for anyone out there. Remember, anything is possible if you keep working hard and stay committed to your goals!
