Hi ladies! I am new here. I, as you all have been through a lot of life's ups and downs and 3 months ago after a group of kids told me I am so fluffy and I look pregnant I took a stance that I wanted more for myself. So, I started my health journey. I have since lost 25 pounds and gained confidence in myself. I have been doing my own at home workouts but I was looking for a community to help guide me as well. I am excited to be here, and I would love tips and advice on what works for you and what workouts to try.
