Hello ladies! I am new here and I’m a little confused, I know you’re probably thinking how is she confused lol anywho, with the weekly schedule there is only 2 beginner workouts that are on Friday. How do I choose my workouts? I have worked out in the past with a trainer but it’s been some years so I don’t want to go straight into advanced or intermediate. Do I choose any from the beginners? Helppppp lol
