I am new here, literally JUST signed up. I am so lost and donβt know where to start. Any advice? I am a routine person, so I need to figure out some kind of routine for my mind to be functioning properly π
Iβm a busy working mom of 2 under 5 and work a sedentary job, this has lead to me gain 35 lbs and with the kids, and home chores I feel like Iβm drowning sometimes. This is me trying to find myself again β€οΈ and give the BEST version of myself to my family.
